Counselling in Hampshire, Eastleigh and Online
When life feels overwhelming and the challenges seem too heavy to carry alone, it can help to talk to someone who truly understands. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, find clarity, and begin to heal.
Whatever challenges you may be facing, I am here to listen and support you every step of the way.
As a qualified counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work with both young people from aged 12 and adults. My practice is rooted in a Humanistic and Gestalt approach, which focuses on understanding your present experiences and supporting your personal growth. Together, we will explore your unique challenges in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I offer in-person, online, and telephone counselling to provide flexibility and accessibility.
Adolescence can be a challenging time, filled with emotional and social pressures. I work with young people to help them understand their feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel empowered to face life’s challenges.
Life can sometimes feel uncertain or overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to share these feelings with friends or family. Counselling offers you a chance to reflect, gain insight, and work through issues such as anxiety, grief, or trauma in a safe environment.
Counselling is a supportive and collaborative process where we work together to explore the challenges you’re facing. It’s a space for self-discovery and building awareness, but it’s not about giving advice or fixing problems for you. Instead, I help you gain clarity, develop strategies, and build resilience to move forward in your life.
Issues I Can Help With
