Blob Blog
I love using the blob tree with my clients 🙂 It can be really useful especially when someone is a bit 'stuck' in expressing how they feel.

Using the Blob Tree allows clients to express how they’re feeling in a non-verbal, intuitive way. Many people find it easier to identify with a ‘blob’ character on the tree—based on posture, position, or mood—rather than trying to explain their emotions directly.

Exercise – love it or loathe it?
What does the word EXERCISE mean to you? For me its a sense of dread! You may be one of those people I consider lucky and really enjoy exercise and fitness. I envy people I know that LOVE their morning gym work out or feel cranky if they don’t run several times a week! Stepping out of your comfort zone
I recently attended a health and wellbeing fair in order to promote my new counselling private practice. You may see me in this picture looking relatively relaxed but I can assure you I was extremely anxious as I was stepping out of my comfort zone!!
