A Little About Me

Counsellor in Hampshire, Eastleigh and Online

After over 20 years working in the corporate world, I found myself searching for a more meaningful and fulfilling career. Having experienced the transformative power of counselling in my own life, I felt inspired to offer the same support and understanding to others. This led me to retrain as a counsellor, and I haven’t looked back since.

As a mum of three, I understand the challenges of family life and the emotional demand it brings. I have insight into the pressures and struggles that young people can experience. My lived experiences of navigating life’s challenges, combined with my professional training, allow me to connect deeply with my clients and offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space for them to explore their concerns.

I’ve had the privilege of working in a secondary school, where I supported young people who were facing a range of issues. I also provide counselling for adults at a community charity in Southampton.
