Counselling is a supportive and collaborative process where we work together to explore the challenges you’re facing. It’s a space for self-discovery and building awareness, but it’s not about giving advice or fixing problems for you. Instead, I help you gain clarity, develop strategies, and build resilience to move forward in your life.
How I Work
To make counselling as accessible as possible, I offer sessions in several formats:
Held in a welcoming therapy room in Chandler’s Ford, with parking available.
Secure Zoom sessions for the flexibility to connect from wherever you are.
For those who feel more comfortable talking without a video setting.

Counselling provides a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Whether your dealing with depression, relationship issues, grief or feeling overwhelmed with life, I can offer you an opportunity to reflect, gain clarity, and work towards a more fulfilling life. My goal is to support you through whatever you’re facing, helping you find your path forward.
Initial Consultation
Starting counselling can feel daunting, so I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you decide if I’m the right counsellor for you. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work.

Adolescence is a time of change and challenge. Young people often face pressures from school, friendships, and social media, alongside navigating their emotions. I work with young people aged 12–18 to help them feel heard, understood, and supported.
I use a creative and adaptable approach when working with teenagers, recognising that traditional talking therapy might not always feel comfortable for them. Sessions may include creative activities or techniques such as feelings cards and games that encourage expression and build trust, allowing them to open up in a way that feels natural and safe.
Together, we’ll work on building resilience, understanding emotions, and developing healthy ways to cope with challenges.
If you’re ready to explore how counselling can support you or your child, I’d love to hear from you. Get in touch today to arrange your free initial consultation and take the first step toward positive change.
